SHAMROCK TOWNSHIP – NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED SUBORDINATE SERVICE DISTRICT TO IMPROVE AND BLACKTOP 508TH LANE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of Shamrock Township, Aitkin County will continue the public hearing on February 11, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at the Shamrock Town Hall, 49954 Lake Ave, McGregor, MN 55760. Or via Zoom – Meeting ID 218 426 3736. The purpose of the continued public hearing is for further discussion regarding the possibility of acting on the petition requesting the establishment of a subordinate service district pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 365A to improve and place bituminous pavement on 508th Lane and to perform such major and additional repairs in the road in the future as the Town Board may determine are necessary. The proposed boundaries of the district are shown on the attached map. Owners within the proposed district are encouraged to attend the hearing. Candace Kral, Clerk Shamrock Township
