CALCIUM CHLORIDE – INFORMATION
As in past years, Shamrock Township will coordinate with the Aitkin County Highway Department regarding application of liquid calcium chloride for dust control on township-maintained gravel roads. The cost to the resident/homeowner will be $145 for 400 feet, $36.25 for each additional 100 feet. The remaining cost for the treatment will be paid from the township road and bridge fund. Treatment to be applied by approximately June 20, 2025.
Attached is an application. If you choose to participate in the dust control program, please complete the form and return it together with your check made payable to “Shamrock Township”. Mail to: Shamrock Township, 49954 Lake Avenue, McGregor MN 55760, as soon as possible.
Application Deadline is May 3, 2025.
