NOTICE OF ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND ANNUAL MEETING – Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Shamrock Township, County of Aitkin, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at the Shamrock Town Hall.
The Election Poll hours will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at which time the voters will elect:
One Supervisor A for a 3-year term; and
One Clerk for a 2-year term
The Board of Canvass will meet March 10, 2026 immediately after the votes have been tallied to review and certify the election results.
The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:15 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law. Zoom will not be available for this meeting. This is an in-person only meeting.
Absentee ballots may be obtained by contacting the clerk at 218 426-3736. The town hall will be open for absentee balloting on Sat., March 7, 2026, from 10 a.m. to noon.
